This guide will help you set up your regular training sessions (called Services) — like private training, small group, large group, or goalkeeper sessions — so players can book you directly through the booking system.

Training sessions are the core services offered at Michigan Soccer Training.
They include:
✅ Private 1-on-1 sessions
✅ Small group sessions (2–6 players)
✅ Large group or team sessions (7+ players)
✅ Goalkeeper-specific sessions
These are built into your schedule and are what players book for regular training.
???? Step-by-Step: Setting Up Training Sessions
1️⃣ Log In to Your Employee Panel
- Go to your Employee Panel login page.
- Enter your trainer username and password.
- Once logged in, you’ll see your dashboard showing your schedule and services.
2️⃣ Check Your Assigned Services
- In the dashboard, navigate to the My Services or Services section.
- Review the services assigned to you (private, small group, large group, goalkeeper).
These are set by the admin — if you need to add or remove services, contact the admin directly.
3️⃣ Set Your Availability
- Go to the My Schedule or Availability section.
- Select the days and times you are available to offer each service.
- Make sure to assign the right service to the right time slots (example: block off Tuesday afternoons just for small group sessions).
4️⃣ Review Booking Settings

- Minimum time before booking (e.g., at least 12 hours before)
- Maximum bookings per day (how many sessions you want to allow)
- Buffer time between sessions if you need rest or setup
