Sam Huffman

Sam Huffman is a coach with Michigan Tigers FC and Northwood University, dedicated to developing the next generation of players. A former midfielder at Northwood, he competed at the NCAA Division II level while earning a degree in Entertainment, Sports Promotion & Management. His experience as a student-athlete laid the foundation for a successful coaching career built on technical knowledge, leadership, and a passion for the game.

At Michigan Tigers FC, Sam plays an integral role in guiding youth players, emphasizing technical growth, tactical awareness, and the mental demands of competition. He also contributes at Northwood University, where his ability to connect with athletes of all levels has earned him a reputation as a mentor who balances accountability with encouragement.
