Q1: How do I book a training session?

✅ Log in to your Player Panel.
✅ Go to Book a Service, select your session type, pick a trainer and time, and confirm.


Q2: How do I sign up for a camp, clinic, or event?

✅ Log in to the Player Panel.
✅ Go to Events, select the event you want, and complete the registration.


Q3: How do I cancel or reschedule a session?

✅ Go to My Bookings in your dashboard.
✅ Select the session you need to change, then follow the prompts.
✅ Please cancel or reschedule as early as possible to avoid penalties.


Q4: What happens if a session is canceled by the coach?

✅ You’ll receive an email or text notification.
✅ The session will either be rescheduled or refunded, depending on the situation.


Q5: How do I know what to bring to training?

✅ Bring proper soccer gear: cleats, shin guards, water, and a great attitude!
✅ For events, check the description for any special requirements.


Q6: Who do I contact if I have a problem or question?

✅ Email or call the Michigan Soccer Training admin team (contact details are on the website).
✅ Trainers can help with session-specific questions, but scheduling or payment issues should go to admin.
