How to Create & Manage Events
(For Trainers — Employee Panel)
This guide will help you set up and manage events through your Employee Panel — perfect for one-time or special sessions like clinics, small group pop-ups, camps, or guest coach workshops.

Events are special sessions that go beyond your regular services.
Examples include:
✅ Weekend or holiday clinics
✅ Pop-up small group sessions
✅ Specialty camps or workshops
✅ Guest coach or advanced training sessions
Unlike regular training services, events are set up manually by the trainer for a specific date, time, and group size.
???? Step-by-Step: Creating an Event
1️⃣ Log In to Your Employee Panel
- Go to your Employee Panel login page.
- Enter your trainer username and password.
- Once logged in, navigate to the Events section.
2️⃣ Click “Create New Event” or “Add Event”
- Find the Add Event button inside your panel.
- This opens the event setup form where you’ll enter all details.
3️⃣ Fill Out Event Details
✅ Event Name
Give it a clear, catchy title (example: “Finishing Clinic with Coach Sarah”).
✅ Date & Time
Choose the exact date, start time, and end time.
✅ Location
Select or enter the field or facility where the event will happen.
✅ Maximum Players
Set the participant limit (example: 6 players max for a small group).
✅ Price per Player
Enter the cost per player (make sure it matches the type of event).
✅ Description
Provide a clear explanation of what players can expect.
Example:
“A high-intensity small group clinic focused on improving finishing under pressure. Limited to 6 players, ages 12–15. 90 minutes.”
4️⃣ (Optional) Set Recurring Pattern
If this event will repeat (weekly, monthly, etc.):
✅ Select the recurring option and set how often it should repeat.
5️⃣ Add a Cover Image (Optional)
You can upload a picture or use the default placeholder image — adding a visual makes the event look more appealing on the booking page.
6️⃣ Save or Publish the Event
✅ Once everything is filled out, save or publish the event.
✅ Check that it appears correctly in the player view so athletes can start signing up.

- View the Events section to track sign-ups.
- Edit the event if you need to update details (time, location, description).
- Cancel the event if necessary — make sure to notify players well in advance.
- Keep an eye on participant numbers so you know when slots are filling up.
