How to Join Special Events & Clinics
(For Players & Parents)
Looking to join a special clinic, pop-up session, or seasonal camp?
Our events are the perfect chance to train with top coaches, challenge yourself, and have fun with other motivated players.
Here’s how to sign up!
???? Step-by-Step Guide
1️⃣ Log In to the Player Panel
- Go to the Player Panel login link provided on the website.
- Enter your username and password.
- Once logged in, you’ll land on your personal dashboard.
2️⃣ Navigate to the Events Section
- Click the Events or Upcoming Events & Clinics tab.
- This section lists all upcoming:
✅ Camps
✅ Clinics
✅ Special group sessions
✅ Workshops and showcase events
3️⃣ Select an Event
- Browse the event list and pick the one you’re interested in.
- Review the event details:
✅ Date & time
✅ Location
✅ Coach leading the session
✅ Number of available spots
✅ Price per player
4️⃣ Book Your Spot
- Click Join or Register on the event.
- Confirm your player details and complete the booking.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation with all event info.
5️⃣ Check Your Dashboard
✅ View your upcoming events anytime under My Bookings or My Events.
✅ Keep an eye out for event reminders as the date approaches!

✅ Events often fill up fast — sign up early to secure your spot!
✅ Double-check event requirements (such as age or skill level) before booking.
✅ If you need to cancel, please do so early so another player can take your place.
