This guide outlines the key expectations we have for every trainer on our team.

✅ Arrive on time and fully prepared for every session.
✅ Dress in proper MST gear or professional coaching attire.
✅ Maintain a positive, respectful attitude with players, parents, and fellow staff.
✅ Communicate clearly, both in person and through messages or updates.
⚽ 2️⃣ Coaching Quality
✅ Deliver high-level, focused training sessions — every time.
✅ Tailor drills to player needs and adjust on the fly when necessary.
✅ Provide constructive, actionable feedback that builds confidence and skills.
✅ Keep sessions organized, efficient, and fun.

✅ Keep your Employee Panel up to date with accurate availability.
✅ Avoid last-minute cancellations whenever possible.
✅ Communicate quickly with admin if you encounter any issues.
✅ Check upcoming sessions and events regularly to stay on top of your calendar.

✅ Always respond politely and promptly to player or parent questions.
✅ Set clear expectations about what each session or event covers.
✅ Report any concerns (behavioral, performance, or injury) to admin when needed.
